In order to piggyback off State Contract for Gartner Services and have services available for use in August, the District will need to renew a Professional Services Contract as soon as possible. The Director of Purchasing and the School Board Attorney are working with Gartner to identify appropriate services and wording of the contract. The Director of Purchasing needs authorization to contract for purchase when language has been finalized.

Authorize the Director of Purchasing to sign contract with Gartner, Inc. for IT related subscription-based research and services.
